It is planned to be built on the ground floor of the historical foundation building,is used as a hotel in Asmalımescit which is the most alluring place of nightlife in Istanbul Beyoglu. It was designed in the concept of a modern Italian restaurant, which does not contrast with the historical texture of the region.
